Experienced staff with a warm attitude. I stopped by to check my round trip ticket's return part. I arrive to Istanbul 15 months ago and couldn't return because of Covid-19. They helped and I'm using my ticket to return New York without paying anything.

Five stars to the respectful staff Talha was so professional and respectful who tried to be helpful. But this airline is the worst I ever encountered. They make mistakes, provide bad treatment at the airport, and they don’t try to correct their mistakes.
